A mother, team builder, and award winner with more than 12 years of global experience leading, mentoring, and training international teams across multiple industries including: community and voluntary organizations serving youth, the elderly, and people with care needs.
Being a mother and managing multiple teams at the same time taught me patience, empathy, and the instinct to notice what a person needs before they ask, and understanding what they need at exactly what time.
That's why I believe daily support means being there for someone, not just getting things done. Because people aren't tasks. We're humans made of feelings, memories, and life experiences. That's what truly deserves our care.

Co-founder
Specialist cardiologist, team manager, and coordinator with extensive experience in cardiology, internal medicine, emergency departments, and elderly care units. Years of working with clinical teams and caring for patients have given me deep insight into the needs, safety, and dignity of elderly individuals and people with special needs.
The discipline and calm under pressure required as a doctor now shape how I build and lead a daily care team that clients and families can truly trust.
